The Broker-In-Charge must be a member in order for other agents in the office to join.
There is a one time office setup fee of $1,000.00 for new offices due upon application for membership. This includes the software licensing to use the MLS system.
The Agent application processing fee is $300.00.
Once an application is received it is sent to the membership committee where it is reviewed. Upon approval you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Secondary members please include a letter that you are a member in good standing of your Primary Board.
The dues for Membership for the current year are outlined on the Dues Chart.
The monthly MLS fee is $55.00 per agent, $45.00 for appraisers.
New primary members are required to take an orientation class and complete an online new member Code of Ethics within 90 days of joining the association. Online Code of Ethics can be found at www.realtor.org.
We hold a monthly membership meeting with the time and dates posted on the online Calendar. We welcome you to attend these meetings and your lunch is provided as a privilege of your membership.
For Primary Membership: Please submit, The Membership Application, Application processing fee of $300.00, The Annual Dues (See chart for prorated amount) and Broker Affiliation Form.
For Secondary Membership: Please submit, The Membership Application, Application processing fee of $300.00, The Annual Dues (See chart for prorated amount) and Broker Affiliation Form. And a Member in Good Standing Letter from your Primary Association.
